Alun Jones - Group Managing Director

An Oxford graduate, Alun has had 20 years’ international experience with Mars Incorporated in positions of increasing responsibility, including President of M&M Mars in the USA.  After a further four years as Chief Executive of DHL International, he bought Realm Holdings Limited in 1998.  Alun specialises in senior recruitment assignments across all functions as well as in outplacement and consultancy.  He is a former Chairman of the Associate of Executive Recruiters (AER), whose member firms enforce a stringent Code of Practice.

Brenda R Spink - Operations Director

Brenda is a qualified accountant who started her career in Banking and Finance, moving into recruitment in 1988.  Brenda set up Concept to enable to her to provide a higher quality and more comprehensive service utilising the resources within the Realm Holdings Group. Brenda is a hands on manager who is responsible for temporaries/permanent desk specialising in Accountancy, Sales, Corporate Support and IT. 

Emily Swales - Recruitment Consultant

Emily comes from a strong recruitment background and she brings with her lots of new ideas and energy. She has a medical and a scientific background having worked in a number of care and medical settings over the years, and she is also a trained Healthcare Assistant and an Auxiliary nurse for which she received from The University of Brighton.

Agnes Gough - Business Development Manager

Agnes is a seasoned and experienced Business Development Manager with over 20 years sales experience with a wealth of knowledge in the Telecoms, IT and planning/project controls arenas. Agnes is a specialist Head Hunter in Senior and Management level personnel with a network of contacts spanning 20 years, known for always filling those difficult to fill roles without compromising on quality and her boundless enthusiasm for the industry.

Cheryl Huntingford - Recruitment Co-ordinator

Cheryl is the newest addition to the concept team, coming from Oxford Brookes University where she studied Marketing and Film studies. Cheryl is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Concept office working in close relationship with all the Concept consultants. Cheryl’s commitment to excellence in customer care ensures both clients and candidates receive the highest possible attention.
