Resourcing Strategy
Concept has the consultative, administrative and technical resources to conduct and complete Advertised Selection assignments within tight timeframes. We provide advice on the most cost effective communications media as well as designing and writing advertising copy.
Once the advert is placed, we receive and screen CVs in accordance with the skillsets required. We reply to each individual candidate within 24 hours of receiving his or her CV details. We interview candidates with the pertinent skillsets to produce a shortlist of the very best. Only candidates with the proven competencies and desire for the role are shortlisted, saving time for clients and candidates in further interviewing. We then manage the client interview process through to offer management until the candidate successfully joins the client.
